Shipping policy

Artvéla™ mainly provides shipping service for destinations within the United States.

Orders will be processed within 1‑2 business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Standard shipping normally takes 3‑7 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Shipping cost will be calculated and shown on your checkout page according to shipping address and total order weight. Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information for you to monitor delivery status.

If your package is lost, stolen or severely damaged during transit, please contact us promptly via chenfeng112298@outlook.com. We will cooperate with you to resolve relevant issues.
